1.  Re-stocking charges on all additives in "re-salable" condition will be 30%

2.  Materials not eligible for the re-stocking charges will be photographed and these photographs will be included with the credit memo.

3. A call out charge of $100.00 per man will be charged for materials returned after normal business hours - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Usual conditions generally necessitate the use of only one man.  Special conditions requiring more than one man will be explained, in detail, on the credit memo.

4. Sales of material not returned to our warehouse after ninety (90) days are considered final and are not eligible for credit.

5. Credits issued after the return of materials to our warehouse will be kept in out books as material credits.  No cash credits are issued.  These credits can be used against any product in our product line.

6. These material credits will remain on our books for ninety (90) days from date of the credit memo issued.  After such time, the life of this credit will be final.
