Pro Bond™ SSW-NEW   Description: Pro Bond™ SSW is a new addition to the Pro Bond™ product line of dump bailer cement kits. Standard cement slurries have the potential for a 2/3 reduction in compressive strengths, shear bond and ultimate compressive strengths compared to Pro Bond™ SSW when dumped into saturated NaCl brines.   Application: The Pro Bond™ SSW dump bailer kit is designed for placement into a well which contains 10 lb/gal NaCl brine. The kit has been formulated to minimize the effects of delayed development of compressive strength's by saturated NaCl brines. Twelve hour compressive strengths for Pro Bond SSW at 350 degrees F in a 10 lb/gal NaCl brine are 1,342 psi. Most cement slurries would still have 0 psi compressive strength after the twelve hour period.   Mixing: One kit equals one pail of Pro Bond™ SSW and one pail of Pro Bond™ SSW mix water. Each pail of Pro Bond™ SSW is mixed into 2.42 gallons of Pro Bond™ SSW mix water. Each kit yields 5.0 gallons of 17.2 lb/gal slurry.   Requirements: Pro Bond™ SSW is designed for setting cement plugs via dump bailer applications in wells with fluids consisting of saturated NaCl (10.0 lb/gal). Pro Bond™ SSW is formulated to work at bottom hole temperatures ranging from 300-400 degrees F.   Packaging: Six Gallon Plastic Pails. Standard packaging is 24 pails per pallet.
