Pro Seal® C   Description: Pro Seal® C is a Water Base or Oil Base compatible 4-particle size LCM product with a combination of cellulose and vegetable fibers. Pro Seal® C has a lubricity agent and water loss agent added to the product with LCM particles coated with a mineral oil.   Application: Pro Seal® C is applied in the forms of sweeps and spots with in an active drilling fluid. For total loss of fluid it is recommended that a 60 bbl, 50 ppb Pro Seal® C pill be spotted across the thief zone and a waiting period of 4-6 hours be observed prior to attempting to regain circulation. By using the Pro Seal® C fibers, this will allow a broader range and particle size distribution of material to be utilized in the more severe situations. Should this scenario be attempted and prove to be not an affective method due to a massive lost return encounter, then it is recommended to apply Poly Plug®, Poly Plug LP® or Poly Plug Ultra Squeeze.   Mixing: Pro Seal® C can be added directly to the active system or the slugging tank in the form of a pill through the rig hopper.   Requirements: Wetting agent should be used, as with any dry chemical, when added to OBM or SOBM.   Packaging: Pro Seal® C is packaged in a 40# multi walled paper sack with 40 sacks per pallet.--(NOTE: Offshore containers are available upon request to protect product from damage)   MSDS : MSDS.PRO SEAL COARSE.01-January-06.pdf
