Ultra Seal® Poly Plug   Description: Ultra Seal® Poly Plug is a one-sack blend water-soluble, heat activated cross-link polymer. (Technology developed by Marathon Oil Company). Ultra Seal® Poly Plug consists of a patented non-hazardous cross-linking agent, a patented polymeric blend high molecular weight polymer and Ultra Seal® Plus LCM, (a broad range of fibers to slow seepage of the polymer into the formation). Ultra Seal® Poly Plug was developed for high permeable formations and is generally recommended for our entire casing shoe squeeze applications and any high permeable application. Ultra Seal® Poly Plug has a high viscosity thus enabling the polymer to stay with in the loss zone targeted.   Application: Ultra Seal® Poly Plug has a very broad application range. Ultra Seal® Poly Plug can be utilized to seal almost every open hole drilling loss circulation problem encountered such as open hole sand loss, fractured shale, limestone, sub-salt, well bore on vaccum and casing shoe squeeze just to name a few.   Mixing: Ultra Seal® Poly Plug can be blended ultilizing the rig slugging tank. One sack per one bbl of water added to properly retared drill water will yield 1 bbl of unweighted fluid. Barite is then added to achieve the end amount of fluid needed.   Requirements: PFS technical staff offers assistance in each blend by carefully evaluating the customers situation and carefully preparing a proper blend for the immediate problem at hand. PFS offers a service tech for each and every application but with our 2 page procedure presented, the rigs mud engineer or company rep should have no problems if directions are followed closely.   Packaging: Ultra Seal® Poly Plug is packaged in a 40 lb multi walled paper sacks with a plastic liner.
