| Description: |
This product is our base product for all of our cross-link products and was developed by Marathon Oil Company. The product is EXCLUSIVELY licensed by M&D Industries of Louisiana, Inc. Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel is available in low molecular weight and high molecular weight. Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel LMW is designed with a very low viscosity prior to cross linking and is used for shut off treatments into matrix permeability of less than 750 millidarcies. Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel HMW has a higher viscosity and is designed for shut off applications in matrix permeabilty of greater than 1 darcy and fractured/vugular formations. Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel is density controllable and can be weighted up 19.2 ppg.
Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel is NEVER a DRILL-OUT issue. |

| Mixing: |
Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel is mixed ultilizing a blender or a rig slugging tank. An agitator is not required, the product can be mixed utilizing only gun lines. One 5-gallon pail is added to 42 gallons of fresh or salt water. XCD polymer is added to yield a carrying capacity for the addition of barite. NOTE: Additional LCM products can be added at the well site if required. A retarder (Ultra SealŪ-XLR) or accelerator (Ultra SealŪ-XLA) is required depending upon the bottom hole temperature. |

PFS technical staff offers assistance in each blend by carefully evaluating the customers situation and carefully preparing a proper blend for the immediate problem at hand. PFS offers a service tech for each and every application, if requested. |

Poly PlugŪ Clear Gel is packaged in white five gallon pails with 24 pails to a pallet. NOTE: (Offshore containers are available upon request to protect product from damage)
